There are few different reasons why your scalp may be sore, itchy, inflamed burning red or infected. If you are like many people with constant scalp issues, not knowing how to treat the problem effectively is worse and can cause a person to go bald. So if you are dealing with any of the above mentioned symptoms, identify the problem and then find some of the fundamental causes.

The following infections are causes of going bald and are a menace to those who have it:

Red burning itchy scalp problem is when your scalp experiences a tingling, burning, prickly, and sensitive to the touch or a hot sensation. These are usually related with an allergy, sunburn, chemical burn, or fungal infections. Bald men usually complain about these symptoms.

Dandruff, the most common scalp problem, is the process of continual shedding of skin cells on our scalps. Often the cause of dandruff is the outcome of pollutants and toxins that have built up on the scalp. Products like silicone, an artificial shine enhancer, which is found in conditioners causes’ dandruff.

Sores are also common when the scalp is highly irritated or sensitivity has been provoked. Candida can be an original cause of yeast infections of the scalp and these stimulate as a result: a bald head.

Ringworm is an external fungal infection of the scalp is caused by fungi called dermatophytes. It occurs when a particular type of fungus grows and multiplies anywhere on your scalp. It is common in children and symptoms include red, itchy patches on the scalp, leading to a bald head. The rash is highly infectious. It is normally treated with over the counter products containing miconazole orclotrimazole. Ringworm is an insistent fungus which needs to be observed closely and treated accordingly.

Dry scalp is a sensation that can be accompanied by flakiness. It is often the result of natural oils being exposed from our scalps by the regular use of shampoos, hair dyes or other hair products and can result in a bald head.

Dermatitis of the scalp is a provocative disorder that affects the areas of the head and body where sebaceous glands are prominent. It can vary from meek dandruff to thick flakey and greasy level. This is also an accretion of toxins and products built on our scalps which eventually lead to a bald head.

Scalp Psoriasis commonly occurs on the back of the head and multiplies to cover the whole head. Scalp psoriasis is distinguished by thick white scales on patches of red skin and can broaden slightly beyond the hairline. Scalp psoriasis, is a source of social embarrassment due to shedding of the scale and brutal ‘dandruff’. Scalp psoriasis may vary from being extremely itchy or, at times, not itchy at all. It can be one of the reasons for going bald, but is usually temporary. It is a common, continual, inflammatory skin.

Stress Related Itching contributes to or worsens scalp itching as it plays disaster with the immune system and hormones which have a result on production of sebum from your sebaceous glands. It appears that you have a stress rash, but it is actually more likely that the problem was less evident, and is then provoked by increased stress levels making it harder for your body to abolish the problem and eventually lead to a person going bald as stress is one of the main reasons for hair loss.
